The oceanic whitetip (pictured) three variety’s of hammerhead and porbeagle shark have all had their status raised by the governing body of trading of flora and fauna. This means country’s must license the trading of these sharks and quantity of which they are sold, failure to do so could lead to sanctions on the country. The vote passed due to increased demand for tourism to do with the sharks and has pleased many conservationists.
